Term 2 Week 1

2018-Leadership Forum-March 15th-Wanganui

As members of our Key Leadership group Sally Wooller (Inglewood Kindy) and I together with Across School Teachers Paul Adams (Inglewood High) and Lorraine Hitchcock (Norfolk School) we attended the Leadership Forum.

We celebrated many aspects including

We have coherence from the Kāhui Ako goals to  the School goals to  the teacher goals?

We identified some shared concerns and or challenges - eg Communication, Collaboration, sustainability

Where are going to identify where are we currently at? (Baseline picture)

We may utilise this Collaboration framework as a review tool too, to add to our baseline data
